Tampa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Stormy Daniels aka Stephanie Clifford, a 30-year-old porn star and potential Senate candidate has melt down over laundry. Punches husband in head over unpaid bill.

Back in February, Danny Vice wrote about adult film star Stormy Daniels’ plans to run for Senate in Louisiana in 2010.

In May, Daniels released a statement announcing that she had formed a committee that would "explore a potential campaign." Of the possibility, Daniels said, “my decision to run for United States Senate will only be made after I have had the opportunity to discuss this prospect with as many people across the state as possible. Too many in government ignore the voices of those whom they claim to represent. I promise you that I will not.”

Daniels expressed that her top priorities include “reforming the tax code to a system that rewards, rather than penalizes, success, protecting our children and promoting personal responsibility as an alternative to government intrusion.”

If she decides to run for office, her opponent will be David Vitter, incumbent Louisiana Republican Senator, who is finishing his first term and currently recovering from his recent association with a Washington prostitution ring.

Let The Soap Opera Begin

On July 23, in New Orleans, surveillance footage captured a man opening the door of the 1996 Audi that belongs to Stormy Daniels’ political adviser, Brian Welsh, throwing an object inside, and the car subsequently exploding. ‘It looks like the pictures you see in Iraq following a roadside car bombing,’ said reporter Glynn Boyd.

Stormy Has Melt Down

Two days later, on Saturday afternoon, Stephanie Clifford, aka Stormy Daniels, was arrested in Tampa Bay after allegedly hitting her husband in the head several times in a fight over unpaid bills and laundry.

According to Tampa Police, Clifford’s father-in-law had been at the house earlier that day doing laundry. When Stephanie arrived at home, she was angered by the way it had been done.

After opening her mail, she reportedly discovered that her husband, Michael Mosny, hadn’t paid a bill as she reportedly instructing him to. As a result, her bank account was frozen.

Investigators say Clifford admitted to throwing a potted plant at the kitchen sink, pushing folded blankets on the floor, knocking candles off of the coffee table, and throwing their wedding album - but she denies assaulting her husband intentionally.

She reportedly told investigators she was attempting to grab the car keys from her husband when she "may have" struck him in the process.

Clifford was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on charges of battery/domestic violence. She was released after posting a $1,000 bond.

Benito Catello Was Full Of Something - Self Proclaimed Prophet Claimed To Be “Filled With Spirit” When He Molested Two Teens

Las Vegas, Nevada (The Weekly Vice) - Benito Catello, a 75-year-old self proclaimed "prophet" was arrested Friday after allegedly using his "home ministry" to sexually assault children.

According to Las Vegas Metro Police, Catello operated a home-based church that investigators now believe facilitated the sexual assault of several underage teens.

Investigators say the church, which was referred to as The Ministry, attracted a large group of teens, which Catello referred to as "sheep". Catello also allegedly required the teens to refer to him as "Papa."

The alleged victims are 13 and 17 years old. The 17-year-old told investigators Catello instructed her to go into his spare bedroom so he could “counsel” her. He then allegedly told her that he would degrade her in front of the church and excommunicate her family if she did not comply with his demands. Catello then reportedly proceeded to sexually assault her on multiple occasions.

Catello is also accused of molesting a 13-year-old girl who was also staying at his home.

When police asked Catello about the girl's allegations, he reportedly answered by stating "if the girls said it happened, it must be true."

Police also say Catello told them that he was “full of the spirit and can’t help what he does."

Catello was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on 29 felony charges including sexual assault, sexual assault of a victim under 14 and lewdness with a minor under 14 years. Bail was set at $295,00.

What is shaping up to be a snooze-fest of an election just got a little more interesting and dare I might say, a little more sexy! The Draft Stormy Web site says that "2010 presents the Pelican State with the opportunity to start with a clean slate -- to elect a representative that we can be proud of, who will work tirelessly, and who will challenge the status quo. Vitter is famous -- or infamous -- for his link to the "D.C. Madam," the woman who ran a prostitution ring. Elected to the Senate in 2004, he admitted to "a very serious sin in my past" in July 2007 after his phone number turned up in records of an escort service run by the late Deborah Jeane Palfrey, known as the D.C. Madam.

Running for re-election, Vitter said his wife has forgiven him and is banking on the same sentiment from his constituents. Will the Draft Stormy move mean stormy weather for Vitter?

The senator's office didn't return calls by CNN. But a spokesman for the state GOP said voters "are concerned with real issues that affect their everyday lives and not with political or publicity stunts."

The Draft Stormy campaign was started by New Orleans resident and Daniels fan Zack Hudson, who insists it's for real.

She said she's planning a "listening tour" around Louisiana to talk about a range of matters, including the economy -- which along with women in business and protection of children are the three issues listed on her Web site. When told Vitter can be a tough opponent, she said she's "always up for a good fight."

"I think anyone that knows me ... is more than aware of that," Daniels said. "Politics can't be any dirtier of a job than the one I am already in."

According to a capsule bio on the Draft Stormy Web site, Daniels has been "breaking barriers and shattering glass ceilings her entire life," serving as editor of her high school newspaper and president of her school's 4-H Club and eventually transferring "her determination and talents to the professional level, becoming a featured performer in the adult entertainment industry."

Another stride was "signing an exclusive contract with the video production company Wicked Pictures, a company committed to a health and safety first policy, as pertaining to its video performances. Stormy's decision to sign with Wicked highlighted her commitment to sending a positive message to young people of the importance of practicing safe sex," the bio said.

Daniels has directed films for the company, won awards for writing, directing and acting, and has appeared in mainstream films such as "The 40-Year-Old Virgin."

"Originally, the focus wasn't even about making me as a candidate," Daniels said. "I think it was about bringing attention to the Senate race in general. Then the response was overwhelmingly positive. And I think everyone is just running with it."

While her political aspirations may be a light diversion for Louisiana voters, reality will set in if Daniels tangles with Vitter. Clancy DuBos, political director of the New Orleans alternative newspaper Gambit, said Vitter is a brilliant politician with a campaign war chest worth $2 million.

If the Daniels campaign is meant to remind voters of Vitter's D.C. Madam link, the move could backfire, DuBos said.

"You are going to need someone better than a porn star, or a lap dancer, or a sex worker to nail David Vitter on this," he said. "You need a serious opponent who is himself, or herself, not guilty of something like that to say, 'Let's talk about family values, shall we?' "

The Draft Stormy movement said Daniels' "real world experience and special understanding of the economic hardships facing Louisianans and Americans make her uniquely qualified to take on the tough challenges we face.

"Our grass-roots movement spans the political spectrum and champions Stormy's philosophy of personal responsibility and the promotion of individual enterprise. We eschew partisanship and labels, instead judging our leaders on their integrity, character and effectiveness."
